Being human is complex. Navigating relationships, identity, work, family, and systems can feel invigorating, disorienting, joyful, painful, and overwhelming.
Therapy is a place to slow down and not have to hold it all alone. In our work, we make space for the feelings underneath the struggle and for the parts of you that have worked so hard to protect you. Together, we’ll tend to what hurts while also uncovering the strengths, values, and possibilities that can support healing and growth.
My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for the many ways people survive and adapt. I believe that when we are met with care and truly seen, we can open up new pathways for connection, clarity, and resilience.
